Clint Christopher Cañada is a technologist with over two decades of experience across Linux, systems administration, web development, IT instruction, and PHP and Node.js software delivery. His work has focused on practical systems, server operations, and web applications that move ideas from prototype to production.
His engineering path started with freelance VB6 development for small companies from 1998 to 2000, then expanded into building Berkeleyatwork.com, an early online jobs website where applicants could submit resumes. He has also handled servers and helped deliver projects such as Promotify, a Shopify application built with Node.js, React, and Next.js.
As a CyberLab speaker, Clint has presented on cybersecurity awareness and blockchain security at CyberCon Asia, DEVCON SUMMIT, and other forums. At APEX, his talk explores whether developers can trust .deb packages from strangers and how Debswarm approaches secure peer-to-peer package distribution.
